How does the subscription work?
Our subscriptions renew automatically every 4 weeks and are billed on Wednesday mornings.
Once you place your first order, you’ll have access to your account where you can easily update flavors or skip a box or cancel anytime.
For each renewal, you’ll receive 3 emails:
Monday: Reminder before billing, with time to make changes until Wednesday midnight.
Wednesday morning: Order and billing confirmation.

How many cubes should I use?
For a breakfast: Blend 8 cubes with 240 ml of your choice of liquid (water, plant-based milk, etc.).
For a snack: Blend 4 cubes with 120 ml of your choice of liquid.
Do I need to be home for delivery?
No, you don’t need to be home for delivery. Our boxes are packed with enough dry ice to keep your smoothies frozen until you can unpack and store them in your freezer.
