Ingredients
For the ice cream
- 1 Evive Salted Caramel wheel
- 1 cup frozen mango
- 1/3 cup oat milk
For the coating
- 1½ cups dark chocolate
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
Instructions
- Blend all ice cream ingredients until smooth.
- Pour into popsicle moulds and freeze.
- Melt dark chocolate with coconut oil.
- Once fully frozen, dip bars into the melted chocolate and let set for a few minutes.
- Top with nuts of your choice, return to the freezer for a few minutes, and enjoy!
