Salted Caramel Magnum

Ingredients

For the ice cream

  • 1 Evive Salted Caramel wheel
  • 1 cup frozen mango
  • 1/3 cup oat milk

For the coating

  • 1½ cups dark chocolate
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil

Instructions

  1. Blend all ice cream ingredients until smooth.
  2. Pour into popsicle moulds and freeze.
  3. Melt dark chocolate with coconut oil.
  4. Once fully frozen, dip bars into the melted chocolate and let set for a few minutes.
  5. Top with nuts of your choice, return to the freezer for a few minutes, and enjoy!
