Banana Bread Overnight Oats

Honestly, this is the kind of recipe I throw together without thinking… and it always ends up becoming a household staple.

Ingredients (1 serving)

  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • ½ ripe banana, mashed
  • ½ cup plant-based milk
  • ¼ cup yogurt
  • 1 scoop plant-based protein
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ½ tsp vanilla
  • 1 small handful of pecans, roughly chopped

Instructions

Mash the banana directly in the jar. Add the yogurt, plant-based milk, and vanilla, then stir to combine.

Add the oats, protein, cinnamon… and the pecans. Give it one more stir, close the jar, and leave it in the fridge overnight.

In the morning, it's ready. Nothing to think about.

Little extra

I love adding a few banana slices and a handful of pecans on top for some crunch.

It's simple, tastes like banana bread… and it seriously saves those busy mornings.
