Homemade Cake Pops

Imagine the taste of chocolate chip cookie dough… but with protein, fibre, and ingredients that actually nourish you. 🤯

Ingredients:

  • 1 can of chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 1/3 cup cashew butter (or any nut or seed butter)
  • 1/2 cup soft pitted Medjool dates
  • 1/3 cup Evive vanilla protein
  • 1/3 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp almond extract
  • Mini chocolate chips or toppings of your choice

Instructions:

  1. Add all ingredients to a food processor and blend until smooth and sticky.
  2. Adjust with a little more oats if the mixture is too soft.
  3. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  4. Roll into balls and refrigerate for 20–30 minutes.

The best part? Nobody will guess there are chickpeas in there. 😏
