Every time a new order is scheduled, we'll send you 3 emails:
Tuesday before your billing: A first e-mail to notify you that your order has been renewed. At this point, you can make any necessary changes via your online customer account or by contacting our Wellness Guides team, until midnight on Wednesday.
Thursday morning: A second order and billing confirmation e-mail.
The day before shipment: A final e-mail to let you know that your Evive products will arrive this week.

How many cubes are needed to make a smoothie?
For breakfast: Combine 8 cubes with 240 ml of the liquid of your choice (water, plant milk, etc.).
For a snack: Use 4 cubes with 120 ml of the liquid of your choice.
Do I need to be home for delivery?
No. You don't need to be home for delivery. Our packages are packed with enough dry ice to keep your products frozen until you can unpack them and store them in your freezer.
