Makes about 12–15 bites
Ingredients — dough
- ½ cup Evive protein — Shop Evive protein
- 1 cup almond flour
- ¼ cup maple syrup
- ½ cup almond butter
- ¼ cup coconut oil, melted
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp sea salt
- ¼ cup chocolate chips
Chocolate coating
- ⅓ cup dark chocolate
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix the Evive protein, almond flour, and salt.
- Add the maple syrup, almond butter, melted coconut oil, and vanilla. Mix until a smooth dough forms.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Roll into balls using about 1 tbsp of dough each. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Melt the dark chocolate with the coconut oil using a double boiler or microwave.
- Dip each ball into the melted chocolate to coat evenly.
- Return to the baking sheet and refrigerate for 15–20 minutes, until the chocolate is fully set.
Storage
Keep in the fridge for up to 1 week… if they last that long.
