Ingredients
- 8 pitted dates
- ½ cup pistachios (unsalted)
- ½ cup Evive Vanilla Protein Powder — find it here
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 pinch of fleur de sel
- Dark chocolate, melted (for coating)
Instructions
- In a food processor, blend the dates and pistachios until sticky.
- Add the Evive vanilla protein, honey, and fleur de sel.
- Blend again until the mixture is smooth and holds together well.
- Roll into small balls with your hands.
- Dip each ball into the melted dark chocolate.
- Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet and refrigerate for 20–30 minutes, until the chocolate is fully set.
