Pistachio & Dark Chocolate Protein Balls

Ingredients

  • 8 pitted dates
  • ½ cup pistachios (unsalted)
  • ½ cup Evive Vanilla Protein Powder — find it here
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 pinch of fleur de sel
  • Dark chocolate, melted (for coating)

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, blend the dates and pistachios until sticky.
  2. Add the Evive vanilla protein, honey, and fleur de sel.
  3. Blend again until the mixture is smooth and holds together well.
  4. Roll into small balls with your hands.
  5. Dip each ball into the melted dark chocolate.
  6. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet and refrigerate for 20–30 minutes, until the chocolate is fully set.
